Marilyn Benshetler, a SKY certified instructor, was the Director of Byberry Friends' School in Philadelphia until 1992. Since that time she has been the coordinator of the SKY teachers and taught at Temple University in the undergraduate curriculum, Abington and Bensalem Adult Evening schools, Calcutta House AIDS hospice, The Bloomsburg YMCA and many workshops in the Philadelphia area. Cooking has long been a favorite pastime and Marilyn has been involved in the preparation of meals at SKYland since 1995.
